Jumping Through Hoops

With my University career hopefully winding down, I began to reflect on how valuable of an experience it has been. Yes there are times when i think back that I was happy I was here and thought that if i wasn't here i would not have known that. The last couple of semesters seem as though i have nothing to take from them throughout my teaching career. With the exception of a few classes (Jay) i can't think of how the classes may be helpful in the future. I'm sure we can all agree that this last semester is quite painful and we would like to be out in the schools already, because all the university is doing is telling us what we already learned in our internship in the fall. Just more hoops to jump through so the university can grab whatever income we have left so we can start our careers later and more in debt.
